Individual Therapy

I provide weekly individual counseling for folks who may be struggling with a variety of mental health issues or who may be looking to develop stronger relationships with themselves or others. Our work together may take a variety of forms based on your needs, which can even change over time. We may meet for only a few sessions if you are looking for help with a particular problem or we may work together over the course of several months or years.

Trauma-Focused Yoga

If you have experienced any form of trauma, whether that be from a single incident or something more ongoing, it is likely you often feel dis-regulated. This is because trauma impacts our nervous system, bringing our bodies into either hyper-arousal or hypo-arousal. You may know that you are not in the traumatic experience anymore, but you may not necessarily feel it. Yoga can help teach us to feel safe in our bodies and can be done in conjunction with talk therapy or as a standalone treatment.

Clinical Consultation

Clinical consultation is an imperative aspect of our therapeutic work. To that end, I offer case consultation to fellow therapists who are looking to deepen their clinical work with their clients. This would be most beneficial for therapists who may have supervision provided to them at their job, but find that for whatever reason it is not sufficient. During our initial call we can discuss a frequency that best meets your needs. Unfortunately, I am not able to provide hours towards a clinical licensure.

Trauma-Focused Yoga Group

A few times a year I run a therapy group using trauma-informed yoga. This is similar to individual yoga, but in a group setting, which can help you connect with others who may be experiencing similar things.
